Common Questions
What do you charge for a website?
That 100% depends on how big & complex your site needs to be. Generally, sites range from around $750 to $2500. I will always create an estimate before we start a project.
How do you charge for site updates?
I keep everything up front and easy to understand. After the site is released, I charge by the minute based on your hourly rate. No rounding, just straight time used.
Will I be able to edit my own site?
Yes! If you're interested in making changes to your own site, that's 100% fine. We can perform some basic training and give you a user log in as an editor or administrator.
Do I need to pay for an annual or monthly maintenance program?
No. There is no reason to pay for time when nothing is changing on the site. With us, you only pay when you request changes to the site or need help making the changes yourself.
Do you do logo or graphics work?
I have the tools to do graphics work as it's often needed to make the site look awesome! That is something we will typically talk about as we discuss the scope of the project.
Do you guarantee my satisfaction?
When it comes to your site, you're the boss! I have a vast amount of time designing sites, products, ads, and marketing collateral, but if you're not pleased, I will work (often on my own dime) to make sure we get it right.
Will my site work on a tablet or phone?
Yes. Site visitors often visit sites with their phones. When they do, they expect a great reading experience. We build and QA test all sites to deliver a pleasant mobile experience.
Do you only use WordPress to build sites?
It is our focus, especially for building new sites. However we have also built or edited sites using GoDaddy Airo, Wix, and Duda.
What builder tools do you use?
We've used several themes and page builder tools. From a theme standpoint, we like Enfold because it contains many design blocks, including a nice portfolio. We also use a new tool called Mosiac and well known Elementor.
